**Job Summary** The professional will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing the teaching\-learning process for students in the early years of Elementary Education (Grades 1 through 5), performing a versatile role across various subject areas (Portuguese Language, Mathematics, Science, History, Geography, etc.). The goal is to foster students’ holistic development, encouraging critical thinking, autonomy, and the formation of socially conscious citizens, in alignment with the school’s Pedagogical Proposal and the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC). **Key Duties and Responsibilities** **Pedagogical Planning:** · Develop and implement the teacher’s work plan, aligned with the school curriculum and current educational guidelines. · Plan lessons and activities that promote meaningful learning, creativity, and the development of skills and competencies. · Prepare and select instructional materials and pedagogical resources—including educational technologies—to enrich the teaching process. **Teaching and Guidance:** · Deliver theoretical and practical lessons using diverse methods and strategies to accommodate students’ varied learning paces and individual characteristics. · Ensure students’ learning by guiding and facilitating their active construction of knowledge. · Foster a welcoming, ethical, and mutually respectful classroom environment that encourages interaction, empathy, and teamwork. **Assessment and Monitoring:** · Continuously and formatively assess students’ performance through tests, assignments, observation, and other activities. · Identify learning difficulties and propose targeted pedagogical interventions to overcome them, ensuring opportunities for remediation. · Record students’ academic progress and attendance, maintaining up-to-date pedagogical and administrative documentation. **Engagement with the School Community:** · Actively participate in pedagogical meetings, grade-level councils, ongoing professional development, and school civic and cultural activities. · Maintain transparent and effective communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on students’ progress and school activities. · Collaborate with school leadership, coordination staff, and other personnel to enhance teaching quality and the school’s pedagogical project. **Required Qualifications and Competencies** · **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy, with certification for Elementary Education I. · **Experience:** Prior classroom experience in the early years of Elementary Education is an advantage. **Skills/Profile:** o Mastery of subject content and teaching methodologies for Elementary Education I. o Excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. o Emotional balance, patience, and passion for education. o Creativity, proactivity, and adaptability to diverse contexts and educational technologies. o Commitment to students’ holistic development and to ethical and social values. We have now also significantly expanded our operations in Occupational Medicine, delivering humane and comprehensive care focused on occupational hearing and voice health. **Your Responsibilities** * Conduct occupational audiological assessments (pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and complementary tests) in accordance with NR-7 regulations and PCMSO protocols; * Map and monitor noise-related risks in workplaces, in collaboration with the occupational safety team; * Issue reports, technical opinions, and expert assessments to support prevention programs (PGR and LTCAT); * Develop and implement Hearing Conservation Programs (HCP), including training sessions and educational campaigns for employees exposed to noise; * Assess and advise on vocal health, preventing dysphonia and other voice disorders among professionals with high vocal demand; * Support corporate health promotion initiatives by integrating auditory and communicative aspects into occupational health practices. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with active registration at the Federal Council of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (CREFONO); * Knowledge of audiological testing and occupational health practices; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Prior experience in hearing conservation programs and corporate/industrial environments is preferred; * Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Prata–MG. **Work Routine** * Providing services either at our facility or directly at client sites; * Administering audiological tests and conducting periodic training sessions; * Preparing technical reports and collaborating with other departments (medical and safety). **Benefits:** * Over 40 working hours per week, with an 8-hour daily schedule. * ?
