Job Summary: This role involves field service operations, including installation, repair, and maintenance of telecommunication services, requiring technical skills and customer interaction. Description: * Completed high school; * Basic computer skills; * Knowledge of networks and computer maintenance; * Familiarity with the city's geography; * Driver's license category B and defensive driving certification. Preferred Qualifications: * 6 months of experience in telecommunications; * Availability for travel; * Knowledge of access transmission technologies and media: twisted-pair cables and optical fiber; * Router and signal repeater configuration; * Structured cabling; * Customer service techniques. * Embodying the organizational identity of Brisanet Group; * Actively participating in meetings and organizational commitments when requested; * Using individual and collective safety equipment when required; * Driving company vehicles when necessary; * Performing other related duties as needed by the department and leadership direction; * Maintaining company vehicles in compliance with Fleet Management procedures to ensure proper operation; * Implementing workplace safety processes, such as JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and PPE usage, per applicable legislation; * Performing field service work orders, including installation, repair, address changes, and other services, according to company-defined operational procedures; generating referrals for additional or new sales; * Ensuring proper care, maintenance, appropriate use, and safekeeping of company-provided resources, as well as inspecting the work environment after service completion to ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper disposal of used materials. 2512180202551924685
