




Job Summary: Professional responsible for control and monitoring activities of machines, equipment, and instruments via computerized systems, aiming at productivity and problem resolution. Process production analysis and control Perform medium-complexity tasks in the area of control and monitoring of machines, equipment, and instruments through the company's Integrated Operations Center computer system, preparing daily reports focused on increasing productivity and resolving equipment-related issues. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate the computer system that monitors the operation of field machines, equipment, and instruments, verifying equipment functionality to ensure productivity, quality, and safety. * Execute process production control within your sector. * Assist in process production control by dosing chemical inputs, operating equipment, pumps, and other process units. * Adjust equipment to the production process, monitoring maintenance on machines and equipment. * Operate the industry's control system via computers. * Operate equipment such as pumps, fermenters, heat exchangers, redlers, and other equipment comprising the sector. * Assist in analyzing and preparing occurrence logs, equipment downtime records, production reports, and quality reports to identify deviations from production standards and implement corresponding corrective actions. * Interpret production orders, change programs, and adjust machine and process parameters. * Communicate information to other team members—both those on the same shift and others—verbally and in writing. * Ensure completion of all stipulated production activities. * Cover for the Senior COI Operator when necessary. * Identify causes of equipment malfunction and promptly arrange necessary repairs. * Assess the condition of machines, equipment, parts, and tools used in the production process, reporting problems to maintain planned productivity. * Contribute ideas for new operational methodologies and procedures to enhance production process effectiveness and improvement. * Measure chemical product dosages and collect samples, if required. * Read parameters and enter data into established checklists, reports, and forms. * Monitor quality, sanitation, and process parameters, as well as perform physicochemical analyses. * Perform cleaning and maintenance of parts, tools, and equipment used, ensuring their correct usage. * Carry out equipment repairs during scheduled shutdowns designated for this purpose. * Assist in corrective maintenance of industrial machines, motors, and equipment, supporting mechanics in assembly and disassembly tasks for machines and motors in general. * Perform cleaning and organization of work areas. * Carry out tasks of equivalent complexity level upon request by the immediate supervisor. * Perform job-related activities in full compliance with the organization’s occupational safety, health, and environmental norms and procedures, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for performing job and sector duties. Responsible for immediately reporting to the immediate supervisor any activity posing a risk to one’s own health or that of fellow workers. * Carry out duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information. * Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness. * Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and report any detected issues or damages to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; Relevant experience in the field is desirable. * Inpasa Brasil was one of the first Brazilian industries producing **Corn Ethanol**, and today it is the **largest producer** of clean and renewable corn-based fuel in **Latin America**.
