TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST PL

Perform IT department routines, guiding employees and users of shared systems, conducting system monitoring and hardware maintenance, as well as ensuring information security. Act as a development agent for other members of the Information Technology team. **Responsibilities and duties** Provide support to clients/users and employees, guiding them and resolving doubts regarding the use of hardware and software; Monitor systems and applications, network resources, databases, servers, and data input/output, aiming at data processing management and ensuring proper operation of hardware and software; Manage the firewall, blocking websites and identifying phishing attempts, aiming to ensure information security and prevent fraud and data theft; Ensure that company machines and accessories are in good working condition, as well as request purchases whenever necessary; Ensure proper internal infrastructure management, such as equipment control and IP management; Carry out job activities respecting all safety, health, and environmental regulations and procedures established by the organization, consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for job tasks and department activities, and reporting to the immediate supervisor any activity posing health risks to themselves or colleagues; Perform activities in alignment with the company's values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals, while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, promoting a safe workplace through organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the work environment via internal and external audits; Safeguard company property under their responsibility, promptly reporting any issues or damages detected. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed Bachelor's Degree **Additional information** Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental plan; Transportation voucher Gympass; Meals provided at the company.
