We are a company of innovative, creative, and diverse people, so we are fully open to welcoming you with all your diversity. **Our technology stack is:** Backend: Java 14 (Springboot and Quarkus) Frontend: React and AngularJS Cloud: AWS (100% cloud) App: Flutter MySQL and PostgreSQL We use JIRA, GIT, Sonarcloud, Grafana. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Guiding developers; * Providing technical ownership of the product; * Continuing to be a technical reference for developers; * Promoting a culture of clean, testable, and easily maintainable code; * Contributing to technical discussions about challenges encountered; **✔️ What you need to have/know/be:** * Knowledge in Java, REST APIs, Html5, Css, Angular, ReactJS (Javascript), or other market technologies; * Passion for leading teams and developing people; * Willingness to take on challenges and propose solutions; * Commitment and responsibility towards quality and meeting deadlines; * Proven experience in software/systems web development; * Experience with scalable architectures (CQRS, Event Streaming, DDD, or other architectural styles); * Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP, and others); * Familiarity with project management tools in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, Safe, and others); * Excellent time management, planning the daily activities of the team and technology; * High sense of responsibility, ability to handle adversity; * Strong critical and analytical thinking, capable of assessing situations and scenarios regardless of complexity; * Ability to make things happen, execute and coordinate actions to get things done.
