The **Graphic Designer** will be responsible for developing the visual and graphic components of advertising materials for the brands of Colégio BONJA, Bonjinha, and BONJA International. **Responsibilities and duties** We are looking for a creative designer with an eye for detail and a passion for education to join our Communication and Marketing team. * Develop graphic materials for institutional, advertising, and promotional campaigns (online and offline); * Create support materials for school communication, such as brochures, posters, presentations, and signage; * Collaborate with the team on layout design and visual identity for special projects; * Produce artwork for social media and website, aligned with the editorial calendar; * Contribute to maintaining and strengthening the school's visual identity and its brands; * Support the creation of materials for internal and external events within the school community. * Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and digital design tools; * Creativity, organization, and ability to work in a team; * Previous experience in producing graphic materials. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising and Public Relations, Visual Communication, or related fields; * Experience in Motion Graphics is desirable; * Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign – essential); * Knowledge of video editing and motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar); * Experience with collaborative design tools (Canva, Figma, Miro, etc.); * Understanding of layout, typography, and image processing; * Basic knowledge of web and social media design (formats, responsiveness, and best practices); * Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms is desirable. * Ability to create high-quality printed and digital materials aligned with the school's visual identity; * Creativity and visual repertoire to suggest innovative solutions; * Organization and attention to production deadlines; * Ability to adapt designs for different audiences (children, youth, institutional). **Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills)** * Organization and attention to detail; * Good communication and collaborative spirit; * Ability to handle simultaneous demands in a dynamic environment; * Strategic vision for educational communication and brand strengthening. **Additional information** **Our benefits:** * Health plan assistance (according to institutional policy). * Study scholarships (according to institutional policy). * Dental plan (according to institutional policy). * Restaurant partnership. * SESC agreement. * Uniforms. * Discount on activities at the Swimming Center and Gym. * Parking. **Working hours** * Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 11:48 AM and from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM. **We believe that excellence in education transforms tomorrow.** **Our purpose is to transform the world through education.** We are a community-based and Lutheran educational institution with 99 years of existence, dedicated to training and educating people at various stages of life, always valuing the essence of being, adopting innovative and market-relevant teaching methodologies, and investing in excellent infrastructure to support the educational process.
