**Description** **Job Mission:** Act as a Software Development Analyst in strategic company projects, contributing to the development and maintenance of robust, scalable, and performance-oriented applications. This professional will be responsible for implementing high-quality technical solutions, collaborating with different teams, and supporting the continuous modernization of the organization's systems within a dynamic environment with constant technological evolution challenges. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** Develop and maintain applications using Java 8\+ and frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. Implement and consume RESTful APIs with a focus on performance and scalability. Perform system integrations, ensuring interoperability and security. Engage in modeling and maintaining relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQLServer). Work in partnership with UX/UI, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliveries. Collaborate with the team in diagnosing and resolving bugs, bottlenecks, and incidents. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems. Support the adoption of software engineering best practices, automated testing, and code versioning. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. Practical experience in development with Java 8\+ and related frameworks. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front\-end technologies (desirable). Solid experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQLServer). Familiarity with version control environments (Git) and continuous integration tools.
