





**RESPONSIBILITIES:** We are seeking a sales professional to join our Group! Our Agency operates in the Retail Commercial sector, selling Claro Operator services, including: residential internet, subscription TV, and all mobile and fixed-line services. Activities: registration in sales control tools, maintaining PDV activation status, relationship management with store sales staff and manager. Proactivity, strong motivation, and active customer approach (both internal and external) for selling telecom plans and services; sales actions focused on results. Responsibilities: • Prospect customers; • Sell Claro Operator products and services; • Identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions; • Establish and maintain positive customer relationships; • Conduct after-sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention; • Maintain regular contact with customers, monitoring the sales and after-sales process; • Inform customers about products and their benefits, pricing, promotions, and warranties. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; Must be over 18 years old; Valid official documents. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday through Saturday **BENEFITS:** We offer a base salary of R$1,911.00 + performance-based bonus; transportation allowance; meal voucher of $15.00; health insurance; training and growth opportunities.
