Our agency operates in the commercial area, selling services on behalf of Claro Telecom Operator, including: residential internet, subscription TV, and all mobile and fixed-line services. Activity: The external sales representative is responsible for prospecting new customers and conducting sales outside the company premises. This role involves visiting residences or commercial establishments, presenting offered services, negotiating sales terms, and closing contracts. Additionally, the external sales representative must maintain strong customer relationships, perform after-sales follow-up, and seek new business opportunities. This position requires strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, organizational skills, as well as the ability to build empathy and establish trust with customers. Responsibilities: \* Prospect customers and close sales; \* Sell Claro Telecom’s products and services to customers; \* Identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions; \* Establish and maintain positive customer relationships; \* Conduct after-sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention; \* Maintain consistent contact with customers, monitoring both the sales process and after-sales follow-up; \* Inform customers about products, their benefits, pricing, promotions, and warranties.
