Activities: * Consistently deliver results across all sales and quality performance indicators; * Present telecommunications solutions convincingly and in a personalized manner via remote channels (phone calls and WhatsApp); * Actively prospect new clients remotely using cold calls, emails, social media, and other prospecting tools (e.g., WhatsApp, LinkedIn, phone calls); * Negotiate and close sales with clients; * Understand the sales funnel and manage negotiation stages; * Maintain detailed records in the CRM and submit regular sales activity reports; * Requirements: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Minimum six months’ experience in sales and prospecting new SME clients within the services sector; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and personal vehicle.
