




**Description:** High school diploma; Previous experience in sales is desirable, preferably external sales in retail; Negotiation, persuasive communication, and closing skills are desirable; Strong communication abilities and ease in building customer relationships; Organizational and disciplined approach to following visit schedules and achieving established targets; Results-oriented mindset with strong customer focus; Basic proficiency in digital tools and sales applications; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is desirable; CNH Category B driver’s license and availability for daily travel (using personal vehicle, per company policy); Proactive approach to post-sales activities and efficient resolution of customer requests. Represent Tiscoski/Braveo in the commercial area, serving small retailers assigned within the designated customer portfolio. Conduct in-person visits following a pre-established schedule, adhering to working hours and closing sales in line with departmental goals and targets. Implement point-of-sale merchandising actions aligned with strategies and practices of suppliers and partner industries. Strengthen customer relationships, fostering solid and long-term partnerships. Monitor the entire sales process—from order placement through delivery and payment—ensuring successful completion of each transaction. Act proactively in post-sales support, providing assistance and solutions whenever necessary.
