Responsibilities Responsible for implementing 8Quali with clients online; Pursue continuous improvement in the after-sales process; Interact with clients to deliver outstanding service; Continuously maintain and evaluate implementation processes, proposing improvements when identified; Strategically manage clients to ensure their satisfaction with 8Quali's products and services; Ensure that issues with 8Quali's services identified by clients receive appropriate internal handling.
