* Apply corrective and preventive actions when necessary.

### **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Minimum of **3 years** of experience in **project management** (traditional and agile).
* Experience in **software development projects**.
* Knowledge of **Scrum, Kanban**, and **PMBOK** practices.
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact at different organizational levels.
* **Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree** in **Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields**.
### **Desirable Requirements:**
* Prior experience in a **software factory**.
* **PMP certification** and/or **agile certifications (PSM, PMI\-ACP, etc.)**.
