**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Assist in planning, implementation, and support for product certification and the Quality Management System (QMS). Assist in developing and reviewing quality, production, storage, and standardization procedures. Monitor activities carried out by contracted consulting firms engaged in the targeted development of new processes, providing them with information, evaluating and critically reviewing delivered materials, suggesting modifications, and supporting validation and project implementation. Assist in developing, monitoring, and maintaining performance indicators—both qualitative and quantitative—and identify opportunities for continuous improvement together with production management. Conduct routine inspections across departments, supervise operations and processes, identify failures, guide staff, document incidents, and propose improvements. Prepare samples for analysis, align rebars, weigh, measure length, and perform measurements in millimeters (mm). Perform physical tests such as yield strength, tensile strength, elastic ratio, elongation, linear mass, bending, and temperature readings. Enter test results into control systems and report findings to management and relevant departments. Operate and adjust the tensile testing machine, ensuring its proper functioning; request calibration and preventive or corrective maintenance as needed. Assist in issuing quality reports; when analyses fall outside specifications, conduct new tests to obtain representative parameters of product quality, report results to management, and—through corrective action—request immediate equipment adjustment from operators while monitoring the process to ensure compliance and product improvement. Manage annual calibration of laboratory equipment and schedule general maintenance to avoid disruption to analyses and controls. Inspect incoming raw materials regarding receipt, organization, and storage; in cases of non-conformities, compile incident lists, generate photographic reports, inform unit management, notify suppliers of incidents, request improvements for future deliveries, and monitor the handling of related invoices (NF). Develop production labels and operational controls, instruct department staff on correct completion procedures, and monitor execution. Verify process compliance, release finished products, and work in accordance with technical quality and safety standards and procedures. Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), inform management and relevant departments, identify process flaws, product quality issues, corrective actions, improvements, responsible parties, deadlines, and manage follow-up until NCR closure. Continuously study technical materials, applicable standards, and current laws in our country—including updates—and revise internal procedures accordingly, disseminating updated information and knowledge where necessary. Prepare audit-related documents and develop an audit schedule aligned with production management for execution. Assist in conducting internal audits and, if required, external audits; produce NCR and improvement-point reports for audited departments including scoring, monitor resolution of anomalies and implementation of corrective measures. Generate before-and-after reports and quality feedback. Assist in developing and implementing the 5S quality tool, create guidance and training materials for staff, and monitor initial operations to ensure adherence to methodology and established objectives. Carry out any necessary corrections while maintaining appropriate records of completed work for traceability and control. Assist in training and education initiatives, sharing quality-related knowledge—including safe work practices, inspection procedures, and quality requirements—with colleagues across the company. Respond sensitively to customer complaints, open non-conformances, manage their resolution, and provide customers with timely updates on incident status and measures taken to prevent recurrence. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and discipline in the workplace. Perform other duties related to those described above, as directed by the immediate supervisor. Adhere to working hours, regulations, procedures, and company policies.
