Acting as the Chef's right-hand person **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** (CLT) We are looking for a **proactive** and **organized** Kitchen Assistant to join our team. You will serve as the Chef's right-hand person, ensuring smooth operations and strict adherence to hygiene standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Pre\-Preparation (Mise en Place): Sanitize, cut, and portion meats, vegetables, and other ingredients. * Organization: Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, work surfaces, and utensils, complying with Sanitary Surveillance regulations. * Support: Assist in inventory organization, cold rooms, and goods receiving. * Cleaning: Ensure efficient washing of dishes, pots, equipment, and other areas. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Availability to work Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (1-hour break), and Saturdays/holidays, 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM (2-hour break) * Commitment to hygiene and organization. * Agility and proactivity at work. * Physical endurance and willingness to work at a fast pace. * Prior experience in this role is desirable. **WE OFFER:** * Salary: BRL 2,106.00 \+ Night Shift Allowance \+ Overtime \+ Commission (average BRL 300 to BRL 500\) \+ Statutory Add-ons * Benefits: Transportation Voucher \+ On\-site Meal \+ Uniform \+ SESC Membership \+ Life Insurance \+ Health Assistance Card \+ Performance Bonus * Opportunities for career growth, continuous learning, and online courses Job Type: Full\-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: BRL 2,500.00 \- BRL 3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Education: * Completed Elementary School (Preferred) Experience: * Restaurant kitchen experience (Preferred)
