Follow us on Instagram @sicredinortesc and on LinkedIn Sicredi Norte SC for news and opportunities. **Responsibilities and duties** Below are some of the main activities for this role: * Overseeing and developing predominantly individual (PF) member portfolios, fulfilling the established commercial schedule, presenting financial solutions aligned with members’ needs, marketing products and services consistent with set targets, and supporting strategic planning implementation; * Prospecting new members by assessing portfolio potential, understanding members’ business sectors and debt levels, conducting external visits to increase membership numbers, meet targets, and ensure branch financial security. Participating in external events to prospect new members and expand the portfolio under one’s responsibility; * Keeping member records up-to-date, flagging and requesting documentation as needed for renewal. Receiving and managing member documentation to ensure proper transaction recording, maintaining member history, and identifying new business opportunities; * Managing credit collection in cases of delinquency and within negotiation deadlines, defining strategies and actions to resolve such situations and avoid judicial involvement—ensuring repayment of loans and safeguarding both the business’s and the member’s financial health; * Contributing to the functional training of Business Assistants, providing technical support on system usage and essential tasks required to support the portfolio, thereby ensuring member satisfaction and fulfillment of portfolio planning objectives and target achievement; * Serving members and other stakeholders either at the Cooperative’s premises or during external visits and community events in which Sicredi participates—identifying members’ needs based on their profiles, offering relevant products and services, and presenting necessary technical specifications, benefits, and features to close deals and achieve set targets; * Supporting promotion of the Relationship Program and encouraging member participation; * Managing PF 1, PF 2, or mixed portfolios at smaller branches, delivering differentiated and targeted service to the intended audience. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Proactivity, availability, and broad business vision; * Commercial skills; * Residency in Jaraguá do Sul; * Experience with banking products (consortiums, insurance, pension plans, etc.); * **CPA 20 certification.** **Additional information** Please complete your resume **as thoroughly as possible**, as it offers an excellent opportunity to detail all your responsibilities and help us better understand your experience. **Nice to meet you—we are Sicredi.** Our journey began over 120 years ago as Brazil’s first financial cooperative.
