At Sicredi, you’ll find a diverse environment grounded in respect and empathy. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop promotional materials and media campaigns using software to publicize the Cooperative’s marketing initiatives. Support the organization of fairs, events, and exhibitions. Participate in developing and implementing marketing actions, including market research, advertising and promotional campaigns. Monitor campaign validity periods, ensuring proper usage, disposal, and adherence to expiration deadlines; * Create and produce textual and visual content for the internet, intranet, and other communication channels used by the Cooperative. Identify and negotiate with communication service providers and suppliers. Manage supplier contracting, overseeing issuance of required contractual terms and documentation, ensuring ethical conduct and effective delivery of contracted services. Promote Sicredi across media channels; * Lead internal marketing (endomarketing) and internal communication initiatives, producing content and editing images/videos—or supervising external providers of communication products and services—to ensure all materials align with the Sicredi brand identity. Source suppliers, obtain budget estimates, and negotiate with suppliers. Support structuring and executing the Cooperative’s endomarketing planning and activities, strengthening employee engagement; * Support development of the Cooperative’s Strategic Plan, departmental plans, business campaigns, and events; * Support preparation and monitoring of budgets, aligned with the Cooperative’s investment policies; * Plan, develop, and coordinate community communication efforts—including media outreach, promotional materials, and other aspects related to branch inauguration ceremonies—with the goal of informing the community about the new branch; * Manage relationships with local press to promote Sicredi. Responsible for press releases and various texts submitted to the media, as well as reviewing speeches, scheduling interviews, and preparing interview agendas for the Cooperative’s spokespersons; also responsible for delivering media training best practices to staff, safeguarding the Cooperative’s image within the community; * Monitor the NPS (Net Promoter Score) indicator and develop improvement strategies when necessary; * Align NPS metrics and survey implementation procedures with employees and leadership within your entity, analyze results, report findings to senior management, and support teams in designing improvement actions based on insights generated by the survey.
