Develop seamstresses' versatility LIVE! is looking for a dynamic and committed professional to assume the position of Garment Instructor \- Sample Room at our headquarters. **Requirements:** Instruct and supervise seamstresses to improve performance regarding feasibility, quality, productivity, and versatility; People management; Technical Textile education; Availability for the 2nd shift. **Responsibilities:** Teach how to interpret technical specifications and UNO sheets; Supervise and guide seamstresses’ and reviewers’ methods. Teach new sewing operations; Test trims, sewing machines, and new equipment; Participate in sketch analysis; Develop seamstresses' versatility; Collaborate with pattern-making to ensure product feasibility; Collaborate with sequencing to ensure product feasibility; Resolve discrepancies between sewing, pattern-making, sequencing, and/or design that impact the cell’s progress and reference construction; Monitor quality within the sewing cell and during inspection; Supervise all new employees during their 90-day probationary period; Participate in 45-day and 90-day feedback sessions for new employees; Introduce the company to new employees; Conduct practical tests for hiring new employees. Assist in supplying operators with threads, needles, accessories, and machine replacements when necessary; **Record data in the company’s management systems:** systextil, orion, fluxogama, and marfit. **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge and hands-on experience with various sewing machines; Technical textile skills; Strategic approach to personnel development.
