Our Research and Architecture area plays a fundamental role at Senior, aiming to architect and develop our Cloud Native platform to deliver an excellent user experience and business-driving solutions to our customers. In the Senior X Architecture team, you’ll work in a Cloud Native environment, developing microservices in Java and Angular on infrastructure based on Kubernetes and a suite of technologies. Our commitment is to maintain and evolve the platform, delivering foundational platform services aligned with industry best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and implement complex, scalable, and high-performance software solutions. * Participate in developing new features and maintaining applications. * Collaborate with the team in technical discussions and problem-solving. * Conduct tests and ensure code quality. * Support implementing development best practices, such as code versioning and documentation. * Contribute to peer code reviews. * Pursue continuous learning about new technologies and best practices. **WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:** * Has practical experience with Java and Angular 2\+. * Has knowledge of componentization, services, and dependency injection in Angular and Java/Spring. * Has experience consuming REST APIs. * Is familiar with version control tools, especially Git. * Has experience with state management (e.g., RxJS, NgRx, or similar). * Has knowledge of unit and integration testing (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, JUnit). * Can collaborate effectively with backend, product, and design teams. **WHAT COULD BOOST YOUR PROCESS:** * Experience with CI/CD, Docker, or cloud environments. * Familiarity with responsive design and frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind, or FlexLayout. * Practices of Clean Code and frontend/backend software architecture. * Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. * Openness to development using other stacks like Golang, as we may adopt new languages in the future; **Our Benefits:** * Health and Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * PPLR \- Profit and Results Sharing; * Wiipo Card with flexible benefits; * Wiipo Club with exclusive discounts and advantages; * TotalPass \- Gym and wellness benefit; * Banked Hours; * Citizen Company: Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Birth Assistance; * PET Assistance; * Senior Corporate University; * Career Development Plan. **The Senior Way:** Our culture respects individuality and empowers people through innovation, collaboration, and autonomy.
