Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.**Job Responsibilities:** What you will do here: * Conduct attraction and selection processes aligned with company culture and competencies; * Plan and deliver training programs, strengthening team development; * Support termination analysis, contributing to continuous improvement actions; * Participate in Diversity \& Inclusion and Organizational Culture projects; * Support certifications (ISO, IATF, Mafact) and internal unit programs; * Monitor internship, apprenticeship and PCD programs; * Ensure HR systems and area indicators are up to date; * Serve as a reference point for employees and leaders on HR, communication and engagement topics.
