




**Systems Assistant** **Summary:** Perform initial (N1) analysis of requests related to the company's products (systems), resolving immediate issues whenever possible. Classify and categorize requests based on the information and priority described therein. Follow up on open requests, recording the current stage they are in. Assist employees with simple system-related questions and record support interactions in internal tools when necessary. **Responsibilities:** * Perform initial (N1) analysis of requests opened by departments, resolving immediate issues whenever possible * Align understanding of the open request with the requester, when necessary; * Structure the open request together with the internal requester using Microsoft Teams, when necessary; * Test systems to understand the open request, particularly for bugs and permission releases; * Follow up on requests, identifying their current stage and recording it in the system; * Evaluate and assign categorization and classification to the request, generating prioritization scoring; * Record information and time spent handling the open request for departmental metrics; * Assist employees with simple system-related questions and record support interactions in internal tools when necessary * **Education:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. **Technical Skills:** Corporate systems support and maintenance Basic database knowledge (basic SQL) Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 suite Windows operating systems Process documentation and user manuals Experience with Asana is a plus. **Behavioral Skills:** Strong communication and clarity in user support Organization and priority management Proactivity and sense of responsibility Teamwork capability Ability to quickly learn new technologies Analytical and problem-solving skills.
