Identify process improvements and collaborate with functional teams. ### **Job Title** Senior Cloud Operations Analyst ### **Job Description** In this role, you will join the Tasy Cloud Operations team. We are seeking a Cloud Operations Analyst to support our operations and customers, working the third shift — **Monday through Friday, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM**. The Cloud Operations Analyst is responsible for managing, creating, monitoring, providing technical support, and completing assigned tasks and time-bound commitments related to cloud environments. **You will have the opportunity to:** * Successfully complete configuration and management of new accounts with cloud service providers, ensuring efficient support for applications used by our customers. * Perform installation and configuration of applications in cloud environments. * Carry out troubleshooting and configuration activities for database services (Oracle and MySQL). * Successfully execute version upgrades, service packs, and script execution for all cloud-based applications. * Provide operational support to manage and maintain backup routines. * Monitor and respond to performance, capacity, and incident alerts via CloudWatch, Grafana, Zabbix, Prometheus, and other tools. * Assess customer issues and escalate them to higher levels within Operations and Technology teams to achieve resolution as quickly as possible. * Create automated routines for cloud environment deployment and maintenance. * Conduct contingency testing on cloud infrastructure (disaster recovery, backup recovery, application recovery). * Identify opportunities for process improvement and frequently collaborate with functional teams, building productive working relationships. **To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. * Experience with Cloud (Amazon or similar) and supporting cloud-based solutions. * Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems, Oracle / MySQL databases. * Experience with automated routines (batches, lambdas, Terraform, etc.) and network architecture and troubleshooting. * Proven excellence in customer service. * Prior experience supporting critical environments in Cloud SaaS solutions. * Interpersonal skills and knowledge to perform daily customer-focused activities. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability, handling multiple concurrent demands. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Tasy applications; ServiceNow / Jira is highly desirable. * Experience with Terraform, containers (Kubernetes). * AWS or similar certification or training (Operations or Architecture). * ITIL Foundation certification or training. * Knowledge of networking concepts such as route tables, ACLs, firewalls, NAT, HTTP, DNS, IP, and Web Application Firewalls. * Intermediate / advanced Spanish. **How We Work Together** We believe we generate greater impact when we work together rather than apart.
