Accounting and tax compliance **Job Description:** ---------------------- \-Manage complete accounting for the holding structure, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and compliance with current accounting and tax regulations; \-Perform monthly and annual accounting closings, ensuring consistency of financial and asset-related information; \-Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making; \-Monitor holding’s asset and corporate movements, ensuring correct accounting classification and recording of transactions; \-Ensure compliance with ancillary obligations and regulations applicable to the corporate structure; \-Interface with external accounting firms, auditors, and consultants as needed; \-Support the accounting setup and organization of companies affiliated with the holding, where applicable; \-Ensure proper documentation and integrity of accounting information across the corporate structure; \-Apply analytical and strategic thinking when interpreting the holding’s accounting and financial data. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; * Active registration with CRC (Regional Accounting Council); * Proven experience in corporate accounting, preferably within holding structures or business groups; * Experience with accounting closings, financial statements, and asset control; * Solid knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards (NBC) and applicable tax legislation; * Analytical ability to interpret accounting data and support decision-making; * Organized, detail-oriented profile with a high level of confidentiality; * Autonomy in managing accounting routines, including external communication when required. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- Contractor (PJ) **PCD:** -------- NO **Work Location:** ---------------------- SAVE INTELIGENCIA
