





Perform generalist HR duties, with a focus on Recruitment & Selection, Internal Marketing, and Culture. Provide consultative support to leadership, ensuring legal compliance, operational excellence, and enhancement of organizational climate, while aligning people management practices with the laboratory’s values and strategic objectives. * Support selection processes (job posting, resume screening, initial interviews); * Lead and support new employee integration and institutional onboarding; * Organize internal training sessions, record attendance, and monitor training-related metrics. * Support and execute internal marketing, climate, and culture initiatives; * Assist leadership with labor law inquiries, internal policies, and HR routines; * Serve as a liaison between operational departments and HR, ensuring smooth communication and institutional alignment; * Monitor, analyze, and present HR and DP metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, payroll, benefits costs, training hours, among others); * Propose and implement continuous improvements in DP, R&S, and people development processes;
