We are seeking a **Production Assistant** to join our team and support operations in the production department, ensuring quality, organization, and continuity of processes. **Responsibilities** * Assist in product manufacturing stages, following established instructions and standards. * Perform weighing, mixing, packaging, and material identification according to internal procedures. * Organize, clean, and maintain the production area in accordance with good operational practices. * Support order picking, verification, and preparation for shipment. * Handle movement of raw materials and finished products, ensuring accuracy and safety. * Complete production records. * Contribute to continuous improvement by reporting deviations and suggesting process adjustments. \* **Requirements** * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well. * Availability for activities involving moderate physical effort. * Prior experience in production, logistics, or industry is desirable.
