Method Study: Analyze how a task is performed to propose simpler, faster, and safer methods. Standard Time Definition: Establish the ideal time required for a trained worker to complete a task. Line Balancing: Organize production stages to ensure continuous flow and avoid bottlenecks or stoppages.
