Identify and implement process and control improvements We seek a **Tax and Finance Leader** to direct and monitor the company's financial and tax routines, ensuring proper execution of processes, compliance with current legislation, and strategic support to senior management. The professional will be responsible for leading the department’s team, analyzing financial indicators, and implementing continuous improvements in internal controls and processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor financial routines, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and cash flow; * Ensure execution and validation of tax processes; * Monitor and analyze financial indicators, income statements (DRE), and managerial reports, supporting senior management in decision-making; * Ensure bank reconciliations, expense reimbursement controls, and corporate card management; * Monitor and validate issuance and verification of invoices, tax entries, and tax classifications; * Serve as the main contact point between the company, accounting firms, auditors, and internal departments; * Identify and implement process improvements, internal controls enhancements, and area automation; * Ensure adherence to deadlines, internal policies, and applicable legislation. **Desired Education:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Accounting, Business Administration, Economics**, or related fields. **Required Knowledge:** * Solid experience in financial and tax routines; * Knowledge of cash flow, billing, income statements (DRE), and financial analysis; * Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation; * Experience with financial/fiscal ERP systems; * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel; * Analytical, organized profile with strategic vision, strong communication skills, and results orientation.
