Job Description: Farma Fácil is looking for a Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The professional will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, assisting with the sale of medications and products, and contributing to the organization and smooth operation of the store. Main Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers courteously and attentively; * Conduct sales of medications and cosmetics; * Assist in reading and interpreting medical prescriptions; * Organize shelves and monitor product expiration dates; * Support stock replenishment and inventory activities; * Operate the cash register and perform opening/closing procedures; * Maintain store cleanliness and organization. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service (preferred); * Strong communication skills, responsibility, and proactivity; * Basic knowledge of medications will be considered an advantage; * Availability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
