If you are passionate about health and wish to join a dynamic team, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Main responsibilities include: * Conduct packaging procurement quotations and negotiations, analyzing historical pricing and market fluctuations; * Analyze and align procurement request scopes with internal stakeholders, ensuring appropriate contracting; * Develop, prospect, and visit new suppliers, maintaining an active and updated supplier database; * Register and formalize purchase orders in an integrated ERP system, ensuring adherence to negotiated terms and correct invoice entry; * Request contract and/or commitment term drafting from the Legal Department, per negotiated conditions; * Maintain updated performance reports and KPIs; * Follow up on purchase orders to ensure delivery timelines and keep stakeholders informed; * Resolve discrepancies between invoices and delivered goods/services; * Maintain organized procurement process records (electronic and/or physical); * Lead supplier meetings for presentations, negotiations, and alignment; * Support internal stakeholders on procurement procedures, ensuring compliance with internal policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in packaging procurement; * Completed undergraduate degree; * Knowledge of TOTVS Protheus ERP; * Advanced Excel skills; * Management reporting and analysis via BI tools; * Contract management; * Spend analysis by category; * Familiarity with material and service classification (families/groups); * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Strategic mindset and continuous process improvement focus. **Additional Information** * Hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote); * Meal voucher; * Food allowance and/or basic food basket; * Medical and dental insurance; * Pharmacy partnership; * Group life insurance; * Transportation allowance or mobility assistance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Gympass; * Discount on supplements.
