




Job Summary: Experienced professional in sublimation, responsible for operating sublimation presses, finishing, assembly, and order organization, with attention to detail and manual dexterity. Organized management of customized orders Proven experience in the field is required. **Sublimation:** A digital process that uses heat to transfer printed artwork from special paper onto synthetic fabrics or resin-coated surfaces. * Main Functions and Responsibilities **Press Operation:** Configure time, temperature, and pressure on flat presses (t-shirts, mousepads, lanyards, wristbands) and cylindrical presses (mugs, squeezes). **Trimming, Finishing, and Assembly:** Precisely cut printed artwork and perform stamping/applications on parts; assemble materials, sort, and organize. **Attention to Detail:** Essential for identifying printing defects or "ghosting" in sublimation before final item stamping. **Manual Dexterity:** Speed in positioning artwork onto parts to maintain production flow. **Fabric Knowledge:** Ability to identify polyester fabrics (for sublimation) versus cotton (for DTF); separate and organize items for production. **Order Organization:** Capability to manage multiple customized items simultaneously without mixing up artwork.
