We seek a professional to serve as an External Sales Representative, responsible for executing the company’s commercial strategy while ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainable portfolio growth. Reporting to the Area Manager, your primary responsibilities include: * Implementing the company’s and division’s commercial strategies; * Achieving sales targets and generating profitability for your territory; * Driving business expansion through prospecting and reactivating customers; * Planning and conducting monthly visits to your customer portfolio based on a strategic route plan, ensuring 100% monthly coverage of the portfolio; * Conducting consultative sales by recommending solutions aligned with each customer’s profile and needs; * Recording and reporting all daily activities, visits, sales, and field information using the company’s tools and systems; * Maintaining ethical, professional conduct aligned with the company’s values and guidelines at all times during field operations.
