Interaction with and guidance for visitors, suppliers, and service providers ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Conducts periodic patrols in internal and external areas of the company to prevent thefts, vandalism, and other irregularities. Controls access for people, vehicles, and goods by verifying documents and authorizations, preventing unauthorized entry. Records entry/exit data and prepares detailed incident reports, informing supervisors of any anomalies or risks. Identifies and proactively addresses accident risks or situations compromising safety. In emergencies (e.g., fires, intrusions, or accidents), contacts competent services and acts to minimize damage, potentially mediating conflicts. Provides guidance to visitors, suppliers, and service providers according to internal policies. Collaborates with other security professionals during more complex operations. The position requires constant attention, responsibility, strong verbal and written communication, quick decision-making, and preferably residence in the West Zone or Downtown area. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Completed high school (mandatory). * Preferred qualifications: Complementary courses in security. * Experience: 6 months to 1 year in roles such as security guard, doorman, or access controller. * Attention to detail and constant vigilance * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Quick decision-making in risk situations * Discipline, punctuality, responsibility, and professional ethics * Teamwork ability and discretion * Preferably residing in the West Zone or Downtown * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays * Basic computer knowledge (e.g., surveillance systems, report completion, etc.) ### **BENEFITS** * Meal/Voucher: R$ 25.00 per day * Transportation Voucher * Night Shift Allowance (if working night shifts) ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
