**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break

Responsible for serving current and potential customers, identifying their needs, presenting suitable solutions, and offering products and services from the portfolio to meet their expectations; executing commercial transactions upon acceptance; forwarding processes to responsible departments—including renewals and portfolio management—with the goal of fulfilling all customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty, enhancing business performance, and achieving targets.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Identify business opportunities during interactions with current or potential customers;
* Offer products and services tailored to each customer’s needs;
* Commercialize existing portfolio products and services, as well as perform other frontline customer service duties;
* Prospect new customers and new business opportunities beneficial to the cooperative, its customers, and the community;
* Manage the customer portfolio under their responsibility;
* Support the branch manager in process execution;
* Provide personalized and high-quality service to customers within their portfolio;
* Expand customer engagement with the branch by seeking business opportunities aligned with each member’s profile;
* Provide documentation for internal and external audit review when requested;
* Conduct collections from delinquent accounts;
* Assist customers in regularizing their outstanding debts;
* Formalize approved debt restructuring proposals;
* Support management with information on significant overdue amounts requiring legal action, per internal policy.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree preferred in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;
* CPA and CPRO-R certifications preferred;
* Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook);
* Knowledge of financial institutions and financial cooperatives;
* Expertise in financial products and services;
* Negotiation skills;
* Proactive, commercially oriented profile;
* Knowledge of financial mathematics.
