Develop and update control spreadsheets and management reports. Perform bank reconciliation, including accounts payable and receivable control. Verify files, documents, and administrative records. Perform data entry and update information in systems and spreadsheets. Provide customer service when necessary. Carry out other administrative activities related to the position. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Office Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position. Ongoing undergraduate studies required.
