We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to work in our industrial kitchen, supporting production routines and ensuring the quality of services provided. Responsibilities: * Perform pre-preparation, hygiene, separation, and organization of food items; * Assist in cutting, basic preparation, portioning, and plating of dishes; * Support restocking of items in distribution areas; * Clean utensils, equipment, and work areas; * Strictly follow hygiene, food safety, and good practice guidelines; * Contribute to the overall organization of the kitchen and ensure smooth production flow; * Work collaboratively with chefs and other team members. Requirements: * Prior experience in an industrial kitchen (advantageous); * Basic knowledge of food handling; * Commitment, agility, and good organizational skills; * Availability to work in a team and follow instructions.
