Job Summary:
The professional will inspect workplaces, implement safety regulations, train employees, investigate accidents, and manage personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE), with a focus on prevention and risk management.

Main Responsibilities:
* Inspect workplaces to identify and assess risks to employee health and safety.
* Implement and monitor compliance with occupational safety regulations, ensuring correct procedures are followed.
* Develop and conduct training on safety, occupational hygiene, and health for employees.
* Investigate and analyze workplace accidents, proposing corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
* Collaborate in developing safety programs (e.g., PPRA, PCMSO) and monitor their implementation.
* Manage and control personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE), ensuring they are in good condition and used correctly.
* Provide guidance on emergency procedures, such as fire and accident response.
* Maintain up-to-date records of workplace safety conditions and actions taken.
Requirements:
Technical qualification in Occupational Safety.
* Knowledge of regulatory standards (NRs) and related legislation.
Experience in industrial environments, civil construction, or other sectors with high safety demands.
* Ability to deliver training sessions and awareness lectures.
* Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work in teams.
* Willingness to perform fieldwork, including visits to various company areas.
* Desired Profile: The candidate must be detail-oriented, possess a sense of urgency, and focus on accident prevention. They must be responsible, ethical, and capable of handling diverse risk situations.
