Job Summary: The professional will monitor and support Occupational Health and Safety Programs, conducting inspections, investigations, and training to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in the field. Investigating incidents, analyzing root causes, and implementing preventive actions **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and support the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Programs (PGR, PCMSO, PCA, and others). * Conduct inspections of facilities, equipment, and work environments, identifying hazards and proposing improvements. * Investigate occupational incidents and accidents, analyzing root causes and proposing preventive actions. * Deliver safety training and onboarding sessions for new employees and third-party personnel. * Manage, distribute, and supervise the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Organize and monitor processes related to the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA). * Maintain and control occupational health and safety documentation and records, ensuring compliance with legal regulations. * Monitor area-related indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Health and Safety. * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). * Experience in Occupational Health and Safety. * Knowledge of legal occupational health and safety programs. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial environments. * Experience managing safety performance indicators.
