




Conduct technical inventory of plant assets. Manage assets using maintenance management software, from database creation through its implementation and utilization. Manage maintenance routines related to scheduled preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, service requests, and maintenance shutdowns. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance performance, quality, and costs. Develop and ensure continuous updating of maintenance plans (inspection, lubrication, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance) based on the actual needs of assets and with support from local technical teams. Manage resource availability (man-hours, maintenance consumables, and tools) required to execute activities. Establish maintenance work standards and instructions, always adhering to quality and occupational safety standards. Control technical information within the maintenance department. Monitor execution against established maintenance work standards and procedures, conducting periodic field checks to assess maintenance personnel’s service level. Conduct weekly planning meetings with maintenance supervision/coordinators/management and production to align strategies with stakeholders involved in the process. Present weekly maintenance KPIs to maintenance coordinators/management (clients).
