Management of commercial goals and indicators * **Position: Store Assistant Manager / Supervisor** Work Location: North Zone of Rio de Janeiro – Madureira, Irajá, and Pavuna. We are looking for a professional with solid retail and team leadership experience to serve as Store Assistant Manager / Supervisor. The incumbent will play a key role in supporting unit management, contributing to commercial performance, operational excellence, and customer service quality. The professional will be responsible for supporting the manager in store administration, ensuring goal achievement, internal process organization, and team development. Main Responsibilities: * Support store management across all administrative and operational routines * Act as manager substitute during absences, ensuring business continuity * Monitor, guide, and supervise the sales team * Ensure achievement of performance goals and indicators * Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction * Support store and cashier opening and closing procedures * Supervise organization, cleanliness, layout, and compliance with company standards * Monitor inventory processes, restocking, and stocktaking * Contribute to employee training, onboarding, and development * Prevent and resolve operational incidents Requirements: * Prior leadership experience in retail (assistant management, supervision, store leadership, or similar roles) * Knowledge of commercial goal and indicator management * People management and team leadership skills * Strong verbal communication and professional demeanor * Organization, accountability, and decision-making ability * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Desired Profile: * Collaborative leadership * Results-oriented focus * Commitment to standards and processes * Ability to work in a dynamic environment * Interpersonal relationship skills **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher * Transportation Allowance **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent) **Salary:** To be negotiated Job Type: Permanent CLT, Internship Payment: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.925,80 per month Benefits: * Meal\-voucher * Transportation\-voucher Experience: * Sales (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
