Semi-Solid Preparer – Compounding Pharmacy Key Responsibilities \-Prepare and compound semi-solid formulations (creams, ointments, gels, etc.) according to prescriptions and the pharmacy's technical standards; \-Conduct thorough analysis of raw materials prior to use, ensuring integrity, validity, and compliance with specifications; \-Perform precise weighing, percentage calculations, and measurements to ensure accurate product formulation; \-Strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), sanitary regulations, and good compounding practices; \-Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and control of used equipment; \-Record and organize production data to ensure traceability and process control; \-Collaborate with other pharmacy departments to enhance product quality, efficiency, and safety in production.
