Basic repairs to hydraulic and electrical installations Perform **preventive and corrective building maintenance** of low and medium complexity, ensuring the proper functioning of the hospital's physical facilities, thereby contributing to safety, preservation, and operational continuity, **without interfering with clinical or specialized technical activities**. **1\. General Building Maintenance** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance services** on building installations, including: * Minor masonry, flooring, wall, ceiling, and cladding repairs; * Simple painting, touch-ups, and corrections in internal and external areas; * Replacement of locks, hinges, latches, doors, and windows; * Adjustments and basic repairs to fixed furniture. **2\. Hydraulic Installations (Basic)** * Perform simple repairs to building hydraulic networks, including: * Replacement of faucets, traps, valves, shut-off valves, and flexible hoses; * Simple unclogging of drains and sinks; * Identification of visible leaks, with escalation to the technical team when necessary. .**3\. Electrical Installations (Basic)** * Perform simple and safe electrical services, including: * Replacement of light bulbs, ballasts, outlets, and switches; * Visual inspection of defective electrical points; * Support to specialized technical teams for higher-complexity maintenance tasks.
