




Job Summary: A Store Operator is responsible for product management, inventory control, and delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring store organization and customer satisfaction. Exceptional cashier service with a focus on customer satisfaction **What We Expect From You:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a stock replenisher and/or cashier, and familiarity with the Linx system. * Strong prioritization skills. * Knowledge of replenishment and inventory management. * Experience in customer service. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A Typical Day for a Store Operator:** * Manages product categories, restocks, and prices products across all sales areas in the store. * Manages inventory, ensuring product accuracy through IRC (Inventory Reconciliation Cycle), timely adjustments, usage and consumption tracking, labeling, and internal stock transfers. * Addresses visual stockouts on product shelves. * Manages overhead inventory, ensuring proper organization and replenishment while guaranteeing personnel safety. * When approached by a customer, applies the SBOA protocol (Smile, Good morning, Thank you, Goodbye), guiding the customer in the best possible way. * Delivers exceptional cashier service during peak customer traffic periods, and knows and follows front-end cashier procedures.
