Here, you learn through hands-on experience, receive support from your team, and have room to build your professional career. * Assist in loading and unloading goods. * Organize and move cargo volumes in the yard, docks, and vehicles. * Verify physical quantities according to team instructions. * Assist in proper cargo lashing and stowage. * Ensure the integrity of goods and equipment. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. * Follow safety regulations and leadership instructions. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Availability for on-site work. * Willingness to learn and grow in the logistics field. * Good physical fitness for moderately strenuous activities. * Organization, attention to detail, and responsibility regarding deadlines. * Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions. * Valid documentation for CLT employment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience as a cargo assistant, warehouse staff, or dispatcher. * Experience in freight companies, distribution centers, or warehouses. * Basic knowledge of workplace safety and cargo handling. * Flexibility to work varied hours, if required.
