




Job Summary: The professional will supervise the special systems team, ensuring efficient execution of activities in building automation, electronic security, network infrastructure, and server management, acting as a technical leader and mentor. Innovation and Continuous Improvement **Responsibilities** The professional will be responsible for **supervising the special systems team**, ensuring efficient execution of all activities related to building automation and electronic security. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Team Management:** Lead and guide technicians and operators in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on building automation, security, and communication systems; * **Maintenance and Operations:** Plan, schedule, and perform configurations on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for equipment control, ensuring proper system functionality; * **Supervisory System Development:** Design and adjust supervision screens using platforms such as Elipse, Struxe, Delta Controls, enteliWEB, and other software, facilitating monitoring and management of installations; * **Fault Diagnosis and Resolution:** Identify and resolve issues across various systems, including: * Automation systems (PLCs, controllers, and sensors) * Fire detection and alarm systems * Access control * Intrusion alarms * Intercom and VOIP telephony systems * CCTV systems * Structured cabling networks * **Technical Reports:** Prepare detailed activity reports, including monthly maintenance reports, preventive maintenance reports, failure analysis, and improvement recommendations; * **Maintenance Management:** Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with technical and safety standards; * **Leadership:** Supervise a team of up to 18 professionals, providing specialized technical support to field teams and management, promoting resource optimization and continuous system improvement.
