Job Summary: The professional will supervise the special systems team, ensuring efficient execution of activities in building automation, electronic security, network infrastructure, and server management, acting as a technical leader and mentor. Innovation and Continuous Improvement **Responsibilities** The professional will be responsible for **supervising the special systems team**, ensuring efficient execution of all activities related to building automation and electronic security. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Team Management:** Lead and guide technicians and operators in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on building automation, security, and communication systems; * **Maintenance and Operations:** Plan, schedule, and perform configurations on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for equipment control, ensuring proper system functionality; * **Supervisory System Development:** Design and adjust supervision screens using platforms such as Elipse, Struxe, Delta Controls, enteliWEB, and other software, facilitating monitoring and management of installations; * **Fault Diagnosis and Resolution:** Identify and resolve issues across various systems, including: * Automation systems (PLCs, controllers, and sensors) * Fire detection and alarm systems * Access control * Intrusion alarms * Intercom and VOIP telephony systems * CCTV systems * Structured cabling networks * **Technical Reports:** Prepare detailed activity reports, including monthly maintenance reports, preventive maintenance reports, failure analysis, and improvement recommendations; * **Maintenance Management:** Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with technical and safety standards; * **Leadership:** Supervise a team of up to 18 professionals, providing specialized technical support to field teams and management, promoting resource optimization and continuous system improvement. Also train operational technical teams and develop new supervisors on best practices and end-customer service; * **Crisis Management:** Act in adverse situations, providing periodic feedback on activity schedules and team performance; * **Performance Indicators:** Prepare monthly results reports and other indicators for accountability to operational management and the end customer; * **Meetings and Training:** Attend monthly meetings with the client and promote planning of periodic training sessions for the technical\-operational team’s development. \#\# Infrastructure and Networks (Core) * **Support and Projects:** Lead infrastructure operations support and architecture for new projects, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs. * **Asset Management:** Manage and optimize critical network equipment (**Firewalls, L3 Switches, Routers, and SD\-WAN**), ensuring high availability and efficient segmentation. * **Proactive Performance:** Monitor and tune network performance through traffic and latency analysis, anticipating bottlenecks before they impact operations. \#\# Server and Virtualization Management * **Windows Ecosystem:** Advanced administration of Windows Server environments and directory services (**AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, RADIUS**), ensuring access policy compliance. * **Virtualization and Availability:** Manage virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper\-V), ensuring load balancing and server integrity. * **Vulnerability Management:** Orchestrate the lifecycle of **patches and vulnerability remediation**, reducing the IT environment’s attack surface. \#\# Data Security and Resilience * **Data Protection:** Implement and standardize rigorous security measures to ensure data confidentiality and integrity, aligned with industry best practices (e.g., **ISO 27001 or LGPD**). * **Business Continuity:** Manage backup policies and **Disaster Recovery (DR)**, conducting periodic restoration tests to guarantee defined RTO and RPO. \#\# Innovation, Cloud, and Efficiency (Cloud \& FinOps) * **FinOps Culture:** Perform financial monitoring of **Cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)**, applying *rightsizing* techniques and instance reservations to optimize costs and operational efficiency. * **Technology Transformation:** Research and implement market trends, such as **AI applied to infrastructure, RPA** for incident automation, and **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** solutions. \#\# Leadership and Continuous Improvement * **Technical Leadership (Mentoring):** Serve as a technical reference and mentor for Junior and Mid\-level analysts, promoting knowledge sharing and establishing a **Knowledge Base (Wiki/Playbooks)**. * **Indicator\-Based Management:** Monitor and report **Infrastructure KPIs** (Uptime, MTTR, Latency), proposing data\-driven action plans for continuous IT service improvement. **Required and Preferred Qualifications** * Technical education in **Industrial Automation**; * Bachelor’s degree in **Control and Automation Engineering** preferred; * Minimum 2 years’ experience programming **PLCs**; * Knowledge of building automation systems and system integration; * Familiarity with communication protocols (BACnet and Modbus); * Prior experience in a supervisory role; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong oral communication skills; * Ability to read diagrams and manuals in English. **Job Conditions** * **Salary:** R$ 4\.200,00 **Benefits:** * Meal allowance (R$ 47/day) * Transportation allowance * Health insurance after probation period * Dental insurance after probation period * Life insurance after probation period * Company mobile phone * Education assistance starting after 12 months of employment in areas of interest to the company * **Employment type:** CLT – Permanent * **Working hours:** Full\-time, Monday to Friday * **Note:** Position of trust Job type: Full\-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4\.200,00 \- R$4\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * What is your experience with Electronic Security, specifically Fire Detection and Alarm Systems? * What is your technical education?
