Keep the CRM updated and perform follow-ups with clients **Sales Representative \- Civil Construction and Renovation \- up to R$ 7\.000,00 \- Jacarepaguá \- 3 openings** Human Resources consulting firm selects candidates for a company in the glazing industry. **Position:** Sales Representative **Employment Type:** Individual Entrepreneur (PJ) / MEI **Number of Openings:** 3 **Job Description / Responsibilities:** Handle incoming leads and actively prospect new customers, primarily through networking and social media; Perform on-site measurements using tape measures and other basic tools for dimension gathering; Prepare customized quotations based on collected measurements; Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing; Keep the CRM updated and perform follow\-ups with customers; Lead negotiations with a focus on results and optimal customer experience. **Desired Education and Experience:** Completed high school; Experience in field sales; Ability to engage premium customers and conduct consultative sales; Proficiency with WhatsApp Business, social media platforms, and CRM systems; Organizational skills and discipline for commercial routines; Availability for field work; Own car or motorcycle for client visits and travel. Experience in glazing, construction projects, or civil construction is a plus; Experience in on-site measurements and technical product knowledge is a plus; Experience in funeral plan, health, or dental insurance sales is a plus; Experience in field sales for PJ entities is a plus. **Work Modality:** In-person **Neighborhood:** Jacarepaguá **City:** Rio de Janeiro **Benefits:** Salary: 6% commission on sales **Working Hours:** To be agreed upon **Salary:** R$ 3\.000,00 to R$ 7\.000,00 **Additional Information:** Autonomy; Initiative; Availability and no restrictions for visiting construction sites.
