Real opportunities for professional growth and development **E-commerce Assistant – Consulting and Management – R$ 2,000.00 + Commission – Jacarepaguá – 2 openings** Human Resources Consulting is recruiting for a Consulting and Management company undergoing expansion. **Position:** E-commerce Assistant **Employment Type:** CLT – Permanent **Number of Openings:** 2 **Job Description / Responsibilities:** We are seeking a Delivery Consultant to analyze, optimize, and grow restaurants on iFood, 99Food, and Keeta platforms by implementing commercial strategies, menu engineering, and performance management—with a full focus on results. Analyze store performance on platforms (sales, visits, conversion rate, average order value, cancellations, and reviews); Conduct strategic diagnostics and propose action plans; Optimize menus (menu engineering, combo creation, pricing, and organization); Create, execute, and monitor campaigns, promotions, coupons, and free shipping initiatives; Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress of results; Monitor competitors and market positioning; Advise on operational improvements aimed at reducing errors and enhancing performance; Lead online meetings with clients and present performance reports; **Desired Education and Experience:** Practical knowledge of iFood and delivery operations; Analytical mindset with strong results orientation; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and time management capability; Experience in data analysis and menu structuring. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in delivery management or consulting; Experience in the food service sector; Knowledge of menu engineering.
