Development of action plans and promotional campaigns **Delivery Assistant – Consulting and Management – R$ 2.000,00 + Commission – Jacarepaguá – 3 openings** Human Resources Consulting is selecting candidates for a Consulting and Management company undergoing expansion. **Position:** Delivery Assistant **Employment Type:** CLT – Permanent **Number of Openings:** 3 **Job Description / Responsibilities:** We seek a Delivery Consultant to analyze, optimize, and grow restaurants on iFood, 99Food, and Keeta platforms, focusing on performance and results. Responsibilities: Analyze KPIs (sales, conversion rate, average order value, cancellations, and reviews); develop diagnostics and customized action plans; apply menu engineering (pricing, combos, and strategic menu organization); create and monitor promotional campaigns; track KPIs; analyze competition; propose operational improvements; and conduct client meetings to present results. **Desired Education and Experience:** Practical knowledge of iFood and delivery operations; Analytical profile with strong results orientation; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and excellent time management; Experience in data analysis and strategic menu structuring. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in delivery operations; Experience in the food service sector; Knowledge of menu engineering.
