Production Supervisor - Carpentry

Description

We are seeking a Production Leader to manage the carpentry team, overseeing all production stages—from reading and interpreting technical drawings to final furniture delivery and installation. The professional will be responsible for ensuring departmental organization, product quality, adherence to deadlines, operational alignment of the team, and support in assembly and post-construction activities. We seek a candidate with leadership qualities, a strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and hands-on experience in custom carpentry. Requirements * Prior experience in carpentry and team leadership; (preferred) * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Experience in assembling and installing custom/plan-built furniture; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and operational management capability; * Ability to supervise teams and train staff; * Basic knowledge of procurement and material quotation; * Aptitude for logistical organization of deliveries and construction sites; * Valid driver's license (preferred) * Familiarity with tools such as Corte Cloud (a plus) Responsibilities * Lead and supervise the carpentry production team; * Interpret technical drawings and read cutting plans; * Ensure departmental organization, tool maintenance, and machinery readiness; * Guarantee quality of manufactured products and on-site installations; * Procure and purchase materials required for project execution; * Organize freight logistics, deliveries, and team transportation to construction sites; * Operate company vehicles when necessary for site visits and installations; * Conduct post-construction follow-ups and technical support; * Participate in internal awareness initiatives and uphold good practices of organization and safety (5S).
