




Job Summary: Responsible for team management, transportation processes, customer service, route optimization, and logistics performance analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Performance analysis and logistics cost reporting \- Manage personnel with close proximity to the team; monitor and advocate for transportation department processes to ensure successful delivery execution; study and define new administrative procedures; standardize customer service for third-party service provision; define optimal route planning strategies using integrated systems; present monthly logistics cost reports and performance indicators. \- Distribute and delegate tasks to the administrative team; monitor and resolve all route-related incidents. \- \- Completed undergraduate degree (technologist) \- 2 years in a leadership role in Logistics \+ 5 or more years of experience in the sector \- \- Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and knowledge of the geography of the State of Rio de Janeiro. \- Valid driver's license category B (minimum); experience handling frozen cargo and with Winthor TOTVS system is a plus. \- Bachelor's degree in Administration or Logistics; \- Technical courses in Logistics are also a plus; \- \- Emotional balance and ability to work under pressure; \- Dynamic personality; \- Organization and attention to detail; \- Proactivity and sense of responsibility; \- Commitment and ethical conduct (professional confidentiality).
