Maintenance of environmental security and surveillance. **Join our team!** The **Fênix Química**, a continuously growing company engaged in the manufacturing and importation of chemical products, **is seeking a Doorman (Access Controller).** This professional will be responsible for controlling and monitoring the entry of people, vehicles, and materials into the industrial facility, ensuring the safety and integrity of employees, visitors, and company property, as well as providing reception and support services at the facility's entry point. **Main Responsibilities** **Access Control** * Verify identity and entry authorization for employees, visitors, service providers, and freight carriers. * Record entries and exits in an electronic system or logbook. * Control vehicle entry and exit in the yard/industrial area. **Security and Surveillance** * Monitor the flow of people and cargo, observing suspicious behaviors or situations. * Immediately report incidents, irregularities, or issues to supervision or internal security. * Monitor cameras or basic surveillance systems. **Reception and Communication** * Greet, guide, and provide information to visitors and drivers. * Answer calls and communicate incidents via radio/telephone. * Assist in managing correspondence and deliveries. **Operational Routines** * Conduct simple patrols around the gatehouse area. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace. **Mandatory Requirements** * **Proven experience as a doorman, access controller, or similar role**, preferably in industrial, corporate, or medium-to-large-scale residential/commercial complexes. * Completed high school education. * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and courteous public interaction. * Attention to detail, organizational ability, and a strong sense of responsibility. * **Residence in Duque de Caxias, Xerém, or nearby areas.** **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in industrial environments or areas with strict access control. * Basic knowledge of asset protection security. * Familiarity with surveillance camera systems (CCTV).
